Preconfiguration for automated submission

Before creating a New Automated Shipping Flow, it is necessary to carry out the following previous actions:

Upload to the platform all the pieces (newsletters) that will be sent to the contacts.

Modify the name of the labels (links) to later configure the triggers or call to action of the piece.

Maintain organization to avoid confusion.Name the parts to be used for the flow with numbers or order indicators.Name the buttons (or click areas) that will be used as a trigger, also with clear indicators.

Rename a button (link)

Go to the menu Create News
Enter to List Newsletter
Drop down the menu with the blue arrow to access advanced actions
Select Label option

The Heat Map window will open with the different click areas available. They will be called "buttons" and will be listed as "button1", "button2", etc., depending on the number of links that the piece has available.

Change the name of a button

Select the desired button and type the new name

Click OK

The button will be saved with its new name.

The labels also serve as internal nomenclature to identify the different parts of the News in the Heatmap.

After these steps, proceed to the configuration of a New Automated Shipping Flow.
