Profile Listing Guide
This section contains all the profiles created on the Icomm platform. Access the information, statistics and advanced actions of each of them.
Go to Manage Contacts
Select List Profiles
When you enter the List Profiles module, you will be able to see a numerical panel that indicates the Number of Contacts, Active, Bounced and Unsubscribed.
This is the general repository of contacts that have historically been uploaded to the Icomm platform. That is, if a profile is deleted, this number will not be updated since they are not deleted from the central repository.
For the platform, these are UNIQUE contacts of the instance. For this reason, if you try to compare and add the total for each profile, it may not match the number of contacts that appear in this repository.
In the main panel of this menu, you will find a search filter, a statistics section and the profile library with detailed information.
The different profiles are identified with a letter and a color. Regular Profiles are identified with the letter R and the color green. Virtual profiles with the letter V and the color blue. Finally, the Viral Marketing profile is identified with the letters VM and the color red.
From the library you can access detailed information about each of the profiles created on the platform.
