Ranking Users Guide
This section allows you to create an infinite number of segments. Apply multiple filters to divide the audience, according to the behavior of the contacts in front of the shipments made.
Generate segmentations
Generate virtual profiles
Export contacts
To generate Virtual Profiles from User Ranking, it is necessary that the contacts have received at least one shipment.
Go to Live Results menu
Enter User´s Ranking
The general panel of the section will open
Apply a filter to generate new audience segments and create profiles or export contacts.
Click Add Filter
Select a Filter
Filters allow for advanced segmentation, based on the behavior of contacts who received mailings.
A. Select the option to filter by Campaign
Received from campaign: Select the contacts who received communications from any of the selected campaigns.
Not received from campaign: Select the contacts who have not received communications from any of the selected campaigns
B. Select the Campaign(s) where the segmentation will be applied
C. Click the Apply button
A list will be displayed with the contacts included in the new generated segment.
A. Select the filter option by Profile
Exists in Profiles: Select the contacts that exist in any of the selected profiles (database).
No exist in Profiles: Select the contacts that are not part of any of the selected profiles (databases).
B. Select the Profile(s) to carry out the segmentation
C. Click the Apply button
The list of contacts included in the new generated segment will be displayed.
Note: If the contact exists in any of the selected profiles, it will therefore not be part of the resulting data universe.
A. Select the filter by Rate
B. Select the option:
Open Rate: Select contacts based on open rate.
Lead Rate: Select contacts by different registration percentages (as long as these data are being counted with the follow-up scripts).
Click Rate: Select contacts by different click through rates.
Adquisition Rate: Select contacts by different acquisition percentages (as long as they are counting this data with the follow-up scripts).
C. Sets the percentage range: > Greater, >= Greater than or equal, = Equal, <= Less than or Equal, < Less than, or <> Between.
D. Fill in the desired value in the box
E. Click the Apply button
Example:
Segment contacts with an open rate greater than 50%
A list will be displayed with the contacts included in the new generated segment.
A. Select the Quantity filter
B. Choose an option:
Deliveries: Select contacts based on the number of shipments they have received.
Leads: Select contacts based on the number of registrations they have made (always through ICOMMKT shipments).
Clicks: Select contacts based on the number of clicks they have made.
Adquisition: Select contacts based on the number of acquisitions they have made (always through ICOMMKT shipments).
Views: Select contacts based on the number of views they have made.
C. Sets the percentage range: > Greater, >= Greater than or equal, = Equal, <= Less than or Equal, < Less than, or <> Between.
D. Fill in the desired value in the box
E. Cick on the Apply button
Example
Contacts that have received "more than 50 communications".
A. Select the filter by Activity
B. Choose an option:
Subscribed:
Subscribed in the last N days: select contacts that have been added to the platform a certain amount of time ago (as long as at least 1 communication has been sent to them).
Has not subscribed in the last N days: selects contacts who have not been added to the platform for a certain amount of time (as long as at least 1 communication has been sent to them).
Received:
Received in the last N days: Select contacts who have received at least one communication a certain amount of time ago.
Has not received in the last N days: Select contacts who have not received at least one communication for a certain amount of time.Opened
Opened:
You have opened a news for N days: select the contacts that have opened at least one communication a certain time ago amount of time.
Has not opened a piece in the last N days: select the contacts who have not opened a communication a year ago
certain amount of time.
Clicked
Has made a click in the last N days: select the contacts that have made at least one click within a communication a month ago certain amount of time.
Has not clicked in the last N days: select the contacts who have not clicked within a communication for a certain amount of time.
Leads
Has generated a lead in the last N days: selects the contacts that have made at least one record a certain amount of time ago (always since shipments made in ICOMMKT).
Has not generated a lead in the last N days: selects contacts who have not made records for a certain amount of time (always since shipments made in ICOMMKT).
Adquisition
Has generated an Acq in the last N days: selects the contacts that have made at least one acquisition a certain amount of time ago (always from shipments made in ICOMMKT).
Has not generated an Acq in the last N days: selects the contacts who have not made an acquisition for a certain amount of time (always from shipments made in ICOMMKT).
C. Fill in the desired value in the box

Example
Contacts that have not made an opening “180 days ago”.

The “TOP” option allows – within the specifications chosen for filtering – to raise to X the number of contacts that best meet those requirements.
Once the segmentation of the audience has been carried out, you can choose between generating a virtual profile (since they are dynamic, the information will always be updated) or exporting the contacts.
Write the name of the new virtual profile in the box "Save as"
Click on the Create button
The new profile will be listed in the section Manage Contacts - List Contacts
Click on the download icon located in the lower left corner of the screen
Follow the link to download the file
You will access the Exported Files library.
Click on the** download icon** located in the Actions column of the Exported Files library.
*Press Refresh button to actualize download
The CSV file will be downloaded to the computer
A combination of filters can be configured to generate new segments. Combine filters from the same rule or from different rules.
Select contacts that have an open rate greater than 10% but less than 50%.
Select and configure the first filter
Rate Filter, Major Range, Value 10.
Select and configure the second filter
Rate Filter, Minor Range, Value 50.
The system selects the contacts that comply with the indicated rules.
Here are some recommended segmentation combinations and implementation suggestions. The most recommended segments for the
take care of the reputation of the domain.
Select the contacts that have opened at least 1 time to continue impacting when you start making shipments.
Add the Quantity filter
Select the Views option
Set the range to Greater or Equal >=
Indicate the number of views in the box "1"
The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rule.
Add the Quantity filter

Set the range to Equal =
Indicate the number of views in the box "0"
The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rule.
Select the Open rate filter and apply the > (greater) function to 0. This way the platform will include the contacts who opened a shipment.

Add a new Quantity filter
Select the Shipping option
Set the range to Equal =
Indicate the number of shipments in box "5"
The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rules.
This profile is recommended to negativize shipments to contacts who have not opened a piece for X amount of time. It is recommended to carry out this action with those contacts who have not opened a shipment for 120 days.
Add Activity filter
Select the Opening option
Choose the rule Has not opened a piece in N days
Fill in the number of days in the box
The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rule. In this case, it is recommended to make this profile negative and
work on it in parallel.
Use this option to segment the contacts that generated a lead or registration in a certain time range.
Add the Activity filter
Select the Registration option
Select the option Has generated a record in the last N days
Fill in the number of days in the box
The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rule
Create a profile of the contacts that belong to a Profile and have an open range greater than 2%
Add the Profile filter
Select the Exists in the profiles option
Choose the desired profile
Add a new filter: Rate
Select the Percentage of openings option
Set the range Major >*
Indicate the percentage in box "2"
In this way, the platform will select the contacts that meet both rules.
With User Ranking:

To generate Virtual Profiles from User Ranking, it is necessary that the contacts have received at least one shipment.
Access
Go to Live Results menu
Enter User´s Ranking
The general panel of the section will open
Create segments
Apply a filter to generate new audience segments and create profiles or export contacts.

Campaigne
A. Select the option to filter by Campaign
Received from campaign: Select the contacts who received communications from any of the selected campaigns.

C. Click the Apply button
A list will be displayed with the contacts included in the new generated segment.
Profile
A. Select the filter option by Profile
Exists in Profiles: Select the contacts that exist in any of the selected profiles (database).
No exist in Profiles: Select the contacts that are not part of any of the selected profiles (databases).
B. Select the Profile(s) to carry out the segmentation
C. Click the Apply button
The list of contacts included in the new generated segment will be displayed.
Note: If the contact exists in any of the selected profiles, it will therefore not be part of the resulting data universe.
Rate
A. Select the filter by Rate
B. Select the option:
Open Rate: Select contacts based on open rate.
Lead Rate: Select contacts by different registration percentages (as long as these data are being counted with the follow-up scripts).
Click Rate: Select contacts by different click through rates.
Adquisition Rate: Select contacts by different acquisition percentages (as long as they are counting this data with the follow-up scripts).

Create profiles or export contacts

Export contacts
Click on the download icon located in the lower left corner of the screen
Follow the link to download the file
You will access the Exported Files library.

Combine Filters
A combination of filters can be configured to generate new segments. Combine filters from the same rule or from different rules.
Example

The platform will select the contacts that comply with the indicated rules.
No openers
