Surface Web Guide in HUB

In the general panel of the Notifications Hub, there is the Web Actions function that allows you to reinforce contact with customers. It consists of the following options:

• Banners
• Exit Pop-Ups
• Chat bubbles

Banners

The banner is a very useful tool when it comes to communicating or selling a particular event/product/event. The banners will be seen by any user who enters the site, without the need for a prior subscription.

With Icomm you will be able to show these showcases to the users of your site, design and customize the banners, configure the shipments and analyze their results.

Exit Popups

The Exit Pop-Up is a very useful tool when it comes to preventing brand users from leaving the site. Appears when the mouse cursor approaches the browser or tab close buttons.

The pop-ups will be seen by any user who enters the site from a PC and does not require prior subscription. They will be visible to 100% of the traffic, regardless of the browser or operating system used by the user. They will only be displayed when the mouse pointer approaches the browser or tab close buttons. You will be able to create and customize the pop-up messages and include more than one of these notifications on the same page.

Chat bubbles

Chat bubbles allow you to enrich the customer experience, strategy and Marketing campaigns. In this way, users will be able to directly access your communication channels. It is an optimal solution for your website or eCommerce that will improve the contact experience with your customers.

To incorporate this chat, no extra programming or web development is necessary. An access can be associated to WhatsApp, to the chat of a Facebook Fan Page or both options.
