Transactional E-mail Service

Icomm offers the Transactional Email service. This type of email is usually informative in nature or requests a very specific action. It is directed at an individual user following a business transaction or a specific action taken by that person. It can be from a purchase in your online store or a password reset request, among others.

Some examples of transactional email:

Activate an account
Report a new record
Confirm an order
Request a password change
Attach a purchase invoice

Pre requirements

To contract the Icomm transactional email service, you must take into account the following steps:

Request a quote from your commercial executive
Point exclusive domain for transactional emails
The registration of all senders must be requested (FROM EMAIL) / Communicate the domain to success@icommkt.com so that they can send credentials to connect via API or SMTP
