Web Push notifications guide in HUB

In the general panel of the Notifications Hub, there is the Web Notifications section, which has the following tools

• Behaviorial Audience
• Campaigns
• Win back
• Retargeting

Behaviorial Audience

This option allows you to create segmentations based on the behavior of users on a website. Users will see notifications based on their behavior within the site. For example, those people who browsed the "Coats" category in a virtual store during the last seven days.

The system only takes into account the users who made Opt-In to accept the sending of Web Notifications.

Campaigns

In this section you can find information on all the campaigns generated in Icomm. You will see data about the status of each one of them, the shipments made, the dates of shipment, the target audience, etc. You will also be able to create new campaigns, make shipments and personalized campaign searches.

See our article on How to create and configure Icomm Notifications Hub Campaigns.

Win back

This option seeks to recover users through the use of automatic notifications. You can create and schedule notifications to invite former users back to browse the site. Users who have not entered the site for a long time will receive a notification reminding them of your brand.

The system offers a default pop-up, but there is also the option to customize it.

Retargeting

This option grants the possibility of configuring automatic retargeting shipments. In this way, you can attract potential customers who visited your page, or you can keep your brand in the spotlight, even when users are visiting other websites. You will be able to configure the sending time of these notifications, design the messages, segment the audience or even stop the sending when you think it is necessary.
