What data is obtained when generating virtual profiles from Results?

However, it is important to note that when generating these virtual profiles, not all of the data is carried over from the original database selected in the submission. What data is obtained when generating virtual profiles?


When generating a virtual profile from the Results section, only the email information associated with the delivery segments (views, clicks, unseen, etc.) is transferred. This means that only the email field will be copied and other fields such as first name, last name or other custom data that you have defined in your database will not be included.

Therefore, when generating a virtual profile, only the subscriber's email address will be obtained, and not the additional data stored in the original database.

How to obtain the complete information of the profiles?


If your goal is to obtain more detailed and complete information from your virtual profiles, it is necessary to export the segment instead of creating the virtual profile. Exporting the segment will transfer all data fields associated with each subscriber, allowing you to access full information and perform deeper analysis.
