Why does the shipment arrive after the scheduled time?
It is possible that on some occasions the email sent from Icomm reaches the recipients after the time scheduled on the platform.
To get a more accurate view of the time the shipment was made, follow these steps:
Enter the Results module in Icomm.
Click on the number of Sent that appears in the configuration.
Doing this will open a new window providing detailed information about the shipment.
Click the Sent tab in the popup window.
In the column on the left side, you will be able to see the date and time of shipment registered in Icomm.
Sometimes, it can happen that the time recorded in Icomm for sending does not coincide with the actual time the email arrives at its destination. This discrepancy can be caused by several factors that affect the email delivery process.
Carrier delivery times: After Icomm sends the email, the final delivery depends on the internal processes and times of the mail service providers. These carriers are responsible for getting email from Icomm's servers to recipients' mailboxes. Since each carrier has its own set of processing and routing times, there may be delays in email delivery.
Traffic Delays and Congestion: The constant flow of emails through the Internet infrastructure can result in traffic delays and congestion. These delays can be due to multiple factors, such as the volume of emails sent simultaneously, problems with carriers' servers, or network interruptions. These situations may affect the expected delivery time and cause the email to arrive after the scheduled time.
It is important to note that although Icomm sends according to the time scheduled in its platform, there are external factors that can influence the delivery of the email. These variables outside of Icomm's control may cause discrepancies between the recorded sending time and the actual time the email is received.
