Why is the automatic flow being sent only once?
It's important to understand that the automation triggers in Icomm are tied to the pieces of content and not to the submissions themselves. This means that once a user activates a view of a stream, a connection is established between the triggers and the pieces of content, and the possibility of a non-view no longer exists.
When a user sets up a post flow on Icomm, each piece of content within the flow is associated with a specific trigger. Once a recipient meets the conditions set in the trigger, the corresponding content is sent to them.
In this way, the repetitive sending of messages is avoided. For example, if a user sets a trigger that sends a welcome email when a new subscriber signs up, it wouldn't make sense to send the same email every time that subscriber logs in or takes some other action.
Instead, by sending the stream only once, we ensure that users receive the relevant content at the right time. This helps avoid cluttering the recipient's inbox and improves the overall effectiveness of the strategy.
