# Olvidé mi contraseña, ¿cómo puedo recuperarla?

La reciente actualización de icomm permite a los usuarios generar una nueva contraseña en caso de haber olvidado la misma. Aquí te contamos el paso a paso para recuperar el acceso:

1. Al ingresar a icomm, haz click sobre "Forgot your password?" (Olvidaste tu contraseña?) en la pantalla de inicio de sesión.

2. Luego, coloca tu usuario y haz click en Enviar.

3. Recibirás vía email un link temporal de acceso para poder generar una nueva contraseña. 
4. ¡Listo! Ya puedes acceder nuevamente.
